ESF Mathematics Conference in Partnership with EMS and ERCOM

As tradition the conference focuses on Modeling & Simulation in Industry taking into consideration both applications and theoretical approaches.

The conference proposes a multi-sides perspective to Modeling & Simulation environment. Tracks organization is intended to cover different research macro-areas dedicated to Industrial Engineering, Effective Design, Business, Economy and Finance, Medicine, Methodologies, Techniques and Applications. Such framework gives to scientists, technicians and users the opportunity to interact, collaborate on the most challenging research topics in the field of Modeling & Simulation.

The goal is to develop and present an intensive programme on Optimization techniques directed to SC and to integrate it with well known DSS. The programme focuses the modeling and optimization of a network of production-distribution facilities, considering the material and financial fluxes in a multi-echelon framework, and also addressing the “green” logistics approach. In the production levels, it will be addressed the planning and scheduling of the processes and their systems usually found in manufacturing industry, petrochemical and pharmaceutical SC.

Theoretical, applicative and technological challenges, emanating from nowadays' industrial, socioeconomic or environment needs, open every day new dilemmas to solved and new challenges to defeat. Bio-inspired Artificial Intelligence and related topic have shown its astounding potential in overcoming the above-mentioned needs. It is a fact and at the same time a great pleasure to notice that the ever-increasing interest of both confirmed and young researchers on this relatively juvenile science, upholds a reach multidisciplinary synergy between a large number of scientific communities making conceivable a forthcoming emergence of viable solutions to these real-world complex challenges.
Since its first edition in 2005, ANNIIP international workshop takes part in appealing intellectual dynamics created around bio-inspired Artificial Intelligence by offering a privileged space to refit and exchange the knowledge about state of the art and further theoretical advances, new experimental discoveries and novel technological improvements in this promising area. The goal is to bring together different representative actors (from academia, industry, government agencies, etc...) to exchange ideas, to debate divergences and to construct convergences around these propitious concepts.

VIRTUAL PLM’12 : LES ÉTATS GENERAUX de MICADO sur le thème "L’INGÉNIERIE NUMÉRIQUE COLLABORATIVE AU SERVICE DU PLM"

13 et 14 novembre 2012, Reims

La mission de MICADO/DINCCS est de promouvoir le développement et l'usage des outils informatiques et des méthodes de travail permettant la maîtrise du cycle de vie des produits et des processus industriels. Cette mission s’étend sur un domaine d'activités qui couvre les technologies de l'information et de la communication, de la conception au démantèlement ou recyclage, de la PME aux organisations complexes (collaboratives, étendues, distribuées, et élargies), quel que soit le secteur industriel. MICADO a centré ses domaines d'intérêt autour de l'ingénierie numérique collaborative au service du PLM et fonde son action sur des ateliers de travail et sur son centre technique DINCCS.

MICADO s’appuie sur son exposition virtuelle permanente (www.VIRTUAL-PLM.com). Les états généraux, créés au début des années 2000, sont l’occasion, chaque année, de faire le point et d’échanger sur un sujet donné.

En 2012, MICADO organise une manifestation ambitieuse comprenant une exposition, des conférences (applications, recherche …), des comptes-rendus des travaux de ses ateliers … Cet événement se veut être un rendez vous incontournable pour tous ceux, offreurs, chercheurs, utilisateurs de grands groupes et de PME qui sont concernés par l'ingénierie numérique au service des différentes phases du cycle de vie d'un produit, de la conception au démantèlement. Après une exposition virtuelle qui durera d’avril à novembre, deux journées à Reims, à 40 minutes de Paris, les 13 et 14 novembre 2012, seront l'occasion d'échanger pour apporter une véritable plus-value à tous les participants.
